  Hi Robyn Sherer, one option might be to have it catered. At Babaji's Kitchen, we do Indian street food catering, we can cook in front of guests to order ...   We're Babaji's Kitchen - authentic Indian street food hawkers specialising in street food dishes that are hard to find in Melbourne., including masala dosa, jal muri, dahi puri, masala chai, samosa chaat. We trade around the SE and hills mostly. Our regular spots are at Upper Ferntree Gullymarket on Saturday mornings, Mulgrave Farmers Market on Sundays. https://www.facebook.com/BabajisKitchen
