  Missy B. wrote: We are moving into a new townhome and needed some upgrades done in a timely manner immediately after closing. After receiving a recommendation, Chris Smotherman seemed nice enough and reviewed the project on a Tuesday. We discussed more information over the phone on Thursday. After repeated calls and an email again asking for his quote so that I could get the materials ordered, this guy just never followed up. We wasted an entire week and I had to call someone else. If the guy didn't want to do the job, he should have just told me. Easy enough. Instead he wasted very precious time. Very poor performance and do not recommend.
