  Temder Loving Bicycles? I haven't been to the shop, but before it opened I had the owner come to home (on Sean Early 's recommendation) to fix my gears. She charged so little I actually gave her a 60% tip (not a typo!). I doubt she does housecalls now that the shop is open, though. https://www.facebook.com/tlccycle
