  We didn't use a doula, but took a birth preparation class at Bloom yoga studio that was run by a doula, Nathalie Evans. http://natalieannevans.com/index.html She was amazing and if we had wanted to use a doula, we would have used her with no hesitation at all. Bloom also run free sessions where you can meet Natalie and other doulas - info on the Bloom website.
