  I have used Armor Pest Control for the past 3 years. $33/month and they come out 1 x every 3 months unless needed more. If we see a bug in between visits, we call them and they schedule something right away (usually the next day) at no additional cost to us. Our monthly fee covers it all. We've called them 2 x/in a week after finding ants in our back yard and then unexpectedly a wasp nest in a large bush in our front yard. They came both times without hassle. Their # is 602.279.7378
