Philp's Bakery was established in 1958 by Samuel Philp and is now a flourishing business producing one of Cornwall's finest Cornish pasties and is still run by the same family today!

Our courier is Lamorna Express, providing deliveries on wednesdays and fridays. Should you wish for a large or varied order from our internet packages, please phone our office staff on 01736 753343 between 7am and 2pm monday-friday, or email us on philpsbakery@hotmail.co.uk.
To ensure our products reach you in the shortest time and in top condition, all ... show more goods are made and baked on the morning of despatch.
It is our intention to recieve orders through our website in the near future. To avoid disappointment, orders for tuesday despatch must be recieved by 2pm on monday and equally orders for thursday despatch must be recieved by 2pm on wednesday. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure a representative is at the delivery address to recieve the pasties.

The price you pay for our pasties will equate to the price customers pay in any of our shops.
All of our single box orders carry a basic postage and packaging cost of £12.50 for a small box (small box holds either 15 small pasties or 10 standard pasties.) £14 for large box ( large box holds either 30 small pasties or 20 standard pasties.) For more than one box please call the office staff on 01736 753343 between 7am and 2pm, as you will need to pay additional postage and packaging.
Having a party? Special occasion? Why not treat your guests to a Genuine Philp's Famous Cornish Pasty! We cater for larger orders, as our pasties are suitable for freezing. So stock up your freezer for another day.

Payment
Not withstanding delivery, the risk of the services, goods and the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are paid for in full prior to despatch.
Prices
Prices of goods and services supplied as of this date are correct5 but may be subject to market fluctuation and revision.
VAT
All of the companys prices are inclusive of uk sales tax (VAT) this is charged at the current rate. Accept for items that are zero rated or exempt from VAT.
Fitness For Purpose
The company are in no wayliable for the purpose and fitment of goods and services supplied to the buyer. The company has no control over the fitment, suitability and method of their application or use. Th company excludes any condition or warrenty emplied by statute or otherwise as to the fitness of its goods or any other particular whatsoever.
