If u or anyone u know is thinking about purchasing or refinancing your home in the near future it's important to understand a few things 1. Pick a realtor and stick with that realtor. They will represent YOU and can show u any property u want to look at. Do not jump around. 2. Mortgage Lending is so different today than it was even 5 years ago. Be prepared for paperwork. It's just the way it is. If YOU were lending someone this money out of your own pocket wouldn't you want to make sure your borrower is qualified? It's been a crazy crazy crazy week and I just had to get that off my chest. Thanks for listening!
