  Anyone got any ideas how to get this town on the up. What with shops closing, JT's, dry cleaners, entertainment exchange etc, losing car parks, markets soooo quiet & internet shopping taking over. Tiverton will become a ghost town. Something needs doing before it's too late. Any shops in tivvy you think are pointless & should be changed to something else. It would be great for local ordinary people to have their say :)

  Alley cats and chic it are basically the only decent shops in town defo need a pimark or a next , riverisland , gap , shop for decent kids clothes .

  I miss shops like tivvy bumper (?) curiosity, apart from a couple of shops mentioned already (brands, chic it, alley cats) Tiverton just isn't a shopping experience. I do walk but to buy decent clothing or toys etcetera we have to go out of town, I lik e Tesco but we need maybe some diversity in what we can buy, tivvy market are starting to try things with the market street and deli shack are working hard to do what they can. Maybe we have the entrepreneurs but they just need to b given more chance to shine or grow?
