  Libby, we just had ours serviced a couple of weeks ago by Video Tech Center (410-687-4848). Got the name through Whirlpool. I think we have the same fridge too. They were great!

  Nic, just had my new Samsung dryer repaired by Videotech...(410) 687-4848. I don't know if they repair Bosch brand appliances or not, but it's worth a phone call.
