Paula M. asked:In search of somebody who can install a new AC unit and furnace. We had somebody, highly recommended, and who does this on the side, give us a quote for equipment and labor. He has been paid in full for the job, and the equipment is sitting in our garage. He has excuse after excuse for not showing up - or he says he's is coming and he just doesn't show up. This has been going on for three weeks. He showed up once for about 2 hours. I did phone one person recommended by a co-worker. Unfortunately, he is only licensed in the state of Ohio. I need suggestions for somebody licensed in KY who won’t charge us an arm and a leg to install this equipment. Once this is finally over and done with, I may be requesting names of attorneys so we can recoup the money we will have to pay for installation.
