Sushi Leo values serving our customers with quality Japanese cuisine.Sushi Leo is a traditional sushi restaurant run by Mori-San, former owner of Sushi Tora in Boulder. Mori-San has a wealth of knowledge with over 40 years of experience. Opening in the fall of 2010, we are a quickly growing restaurant. We pride ourselves in the quality and presentation of all of the food served. And with Japanese curry and other small dishes accompanying the sushi, there is something for everyone. Special fishes are imported weekly from Tsukiji Fish Market, Japan.
