  I'm a professional trainer certified nationally and with Victoria Stilwell. Shock collars can have severe side effects. There are much better ways to train. Countries are actually banning their use because the scientific data is so strongly showing the level of side effects to be that severe. Please visit any number of these articles on the topic.
