OUR RETURN POLICY
We honor a store credit refund of your purchase price if your item is returned within 5 business days of the purchase date printed on the required receipt and all tags are still attached to the merchandise. ALL RETURNS RESULT IN MERCHANDISE CREDIT added to an Xchange Account in our system. To qualify for a refund you must provide a name, email, phone number and physical address to activate an Xchange Account if you do not currently have an account with us. HANDBAGS, PAPARAZZI, FASHION ACCESSORIES, BABY EQUIPMENT AND TOYS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.
SORRY, WE DO NOT HOLD ITEMS!
We offer a convenient Lay-Away plan that allows you to hold your items and make payments on them for only $5 a month! All you have to do is make a 25% deposit on the total of all the items you would like us to hold. Please ask an associate how you can begin your account today!
LAYAWAY POLICY
We offer a 30-90 day Lay-Away program for your convenience. To hold your items a $5 fee will be charged for
every 30 days up to 90 days.
A deposit at the time of the hold must be made in the amount of no less than 25%. Please note that ALL ITEMS PLACED ON LAYAWAY IS CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE AND NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
STORE CREDIT ACCOUNTS MAY NOT BE USED TOWARDS LAYAWAY ACCOUNTS. You may only secure one layaway at a time per customer and any cancelation of a layaway results in forfeiting all of the deposits made towards the balance. This includes cancelations due to inactivity and failure to make payments.
USING YOUR STORE CREDIT
Store credit is offered to our customers mainly because of the items they present to us for an Xchange. Other promotional offers, returns and contest can also award a customer with credit added to their... show more
accounts. Store credit can be used to make normal purchases of full, individual sale and clearance priced items. Store credit can NOT be combined with store wide discounts 40% or greater. Store credit purchases cannot be used when redeeming reward points, purchasing gift cards, layaway payments or combined with other offers.
REDEEMING REWARD POINTS
Xchange account holders earn 1 point for every dollar they spend inside the boutique. When 100 points have been reached, a customer may request at that time to redeem $10 off in Xchange for 100 points. When redeeming reward points, you may not combine them with store credit.
XCHANGE POLICY:
We consider ALL SEASONS, ALL BRANDS AND ALL SIZES OF CLOTHING, SHOES AND FASHION ACCESSORIES FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY!
Unfortunately, we will no longer accept or sell TOYS, BABY ACCESSORIES, DECOR, FURNITURE, LINENS and other non-wearable, fashionable items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We take careful consideration at EACH AND EVERY XCHANGE! It is a MUST that ALL items that are considered for our boutique are within the last 5 years trends, CLEAN and FREE FROM ANY DAMAGE or extreme wear and tear. Items that display ODORS, STAINS, or above average normal wear WILL NOT be accepted!
Please ensure that your items have been cleaned, washed and sanitized within a week of presenting them for credit. We offer 20% or more on the price we will attempt to sell the item for in STORE CREDIT ONLY, we DO NOT PAY CASH!
We ask that you present your items in a box, tub or reusable shopping bag, Tuesday through Friday, 10am-5pm or Saturday 10-3pm, no appointment needed. Please ensure that you have enough time for an associate to go through the amount of items that you have to present. We apologize as WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO ACCEPT DONATIONS and the items that we are not interested in will be returned to you at the time of the Xchange.
Paparazzi Purchase Policy
*Our Xchange Account Holders are able to use their store credit accounts to purchase our Paparazzi on a regular basis as long as their purchase does not exceed 10 pieces in single day’s transactions, in which we define as excessive use.
*Excessive use of store credit on Paparazzi Purchases may cause a ban to be placed on the account from further purchases of our Paparazzi Accessories.
*Paparazzi Consultants are restricted from purchasing our Paparazzi Accessories using their Xchange Account Credits in any amounts, for any reason, at any time.
