We've just moved to Wake Forest! We're from NJ. We've talked about this a long time. I can't believe we're finally HERE! Yay! We have to follow a gluten free and dairy free diet for now. Looking for recommendations on the best places to grocery shop and also eat out for our diet. Thanks much! Glad to be here with you all!

I am looking for essential oils. I have looked everywhere I can think that might have them. Does anyone know where to get them or sales them. Thanks for the help.
Does anybody know where I can buy essential oils in Wake Forest?

If you are someone who is looking for a "Whole Foods" type shopping store, you should sign-up for the Grain Mill Grocery Co-op, which is something all together better!

Shannon Smith , we have members who live in British Columbia. The deal is: Our grocery co-op is currently a community of 230+ like-minded individuals, families, and businesses, like Jim Thompson , Jess Chilson , Nina Sherrod , and Emily Anne Pipan Cole , and Vitality Chiropractic and Family Wellness , working together to bring a healthier, affordable grocery shopping experience to Wake Forest. Imagine having a Whole Foods style shopping experience in downtown Wake Forest on a Trader Joe's budget... We're crowdfunding startup capital so that the store can open debt-free, which will allow us to pass those cost savings on to both our members and our non-member customers. For our first 500 "founder" members, it is a one-time fee. I haven't price shopped against Food Lion. Currently, my prices are about 30% less than those at Lowes or Harris Teeter. But I also have a limited product line currently; mostly pantry staple l ike grains, dried fruit, natural salt and sugar, loose organic tea, and gluten free products. I've been operating The Grain Mill of Wake Forest for four years now as a proof-of-concept, asking, "Will this kind of cooperative organization work in Wake Forest?" Four years ago, I'd have said no. But with the change in demographic the past 1/2 decade (more folks from up north and out west who are familiar with how co-ops operate), I think that now is the time to consider beginning this kind of valuable community resource.
Is there anyone who has started a successful business that would share some advertising advice? I have tried Craig's list without success and am wondering what else to try. Thank you!
