It's a tiny yard, so is it horrible if it's near a tree? It will still get plenty of sun, but the tree may steal some nutrients? There is also ivy up the back yard near where the garden will be. I do keep it maintained but is that bad? Any suggestions on where to get starters rather than seeds since it's later in the season? :)
