I would like to create a "What is your home worth" landing page where the seller types in his address and can get detailed information on his/her home and see a possible price range but only after they register.   I currently have an Advanced Access website and they were bought out by homes.com a couple years back. Homes.com is now forcing me to upgrade to a more up to date site. I don't plan on sticking with them and I am looking for guidance on what direction I should take. Any suggestions?

  I am so frustrated with homes.com right now that I think you are very smart to look elsewhere. We were brought over from Advanced Access/#1 Expert as well and although there are some very cool features on homes.com , I feel like nobody over there gives a crap. I would look to Placester.com or Curaytor.com if I were to start over. Would love to hear the "rest of the story" when you get there!
