  Stella P. wrote: Popped around to see if he could discover a leak after a very large water bill. We also wanted him to service our boiler. He promised to look through the diary and give a date for his return, he never came back to us. I wish tradesmen would be honest enough to say that the job is 'too small', 'they are too busy' or 'just don't want to do it'. I have given 1 star because he telephoned and came around. What a waste of his time and ours.
