  If you know of anyone who might be able to help - I have a friend in desperate need of a high water rescue in the 290/Hockley area. Her Mother in Law has MS, bed ridden, and the water is almost to the top of her bed. They need someone with a bass boat that can get through a window (since that can't open their doors) and help carry her upstairs. She is not a small woman so they need someone strong as well. All of the emergency services are unavailable.
