  Tanya Murphy Evoy has a hot yoga class on Tuesday night at the yoga and wellness studio. Starts at 7:00 for 1 hour. Cost is 15.00 for drop in. Call to register.

  Come on out to The Yoga and Wellness Studio - there's a great healthy backs class this evening with Dr. Robert Rodine, there's a rest & restore class with Kerry tomorrow evening, there's a beginner's class on Monday evening and a couple of all levels classes during the week.
