  I bought my neem oil through rawlicious.co.za, but then I learnt about diatomaceous earth and have used that ever since. You just sprinkle it on the affected area (make sure it's dry) and leave it and in a few days the aphids should be gone! I had that exact problem with my fennel and it's all fixed now and flowering beautifully!
