  I have always had good luck with Green Earth Technology in Lynden. They have several different blends you can buy depending on your needs. They source manure from only one place so they know what is going into their blends, or you can get manure free blends. They have compost plus soil (real soil, not man made stuff). They don't add a lot of sand unless you are getting a turf or special blend (so you raised bed doesn't shrink 50% over the season). Prices are good. I am not sure if they deliver or just have 3 rd party vendors you can call --- I am fortunate enough to have a pickup truck. http://www.greenearthtechnology.com/
