  I talked to several families in 12 mile who had it and they all said that the customer service was HORRIBLE and was not as fast as they advertised. Several also had equipment problems and couldn't get it fixed due to the customer service issues. All but 1 cancelled their contracts with them as soon as it was up. We went with Broadway Broadband b/c it was already set up here but we had Fourway before and they were AWESOME. If I'm not happy with this, I will definitely switch back to Fourway since I know I can get it here now.
