About us
Hi my name is Jane Aldred. I set up Fairwater Cakes in 2014 after finding my talent in cake decorating. A few years ago I attended a course in cake decorating which covered the 3 key elements: Sugar Flowers, Sugarpaste and Royal Icing & Piping.
Since gaining my Masters I have self trained myself in other areas such as modelling with chocolate, hand painted cakes and working with wafer paper techniques. I am always learning new things to build on my skill base.
I enjoy each cake I make as they always bring a new challenge.
I work full time on another job so this at the moment is more of a hobby until it picks up. If you would like a quote for any type of cake please either send me a message on this page or email me and I will get straight back to you.
