Competent, honest, friendly, prompt, fair, and transparent. What's not to like?
Every time I greet Rick at the door, I'm confident my plumbing woes are about to end. His quick diagnosis, modestly offered as "probably the cause", has always turned out to be correct. He offers a solution, often less expensive than I anticipated, and gets the job done efficiently, but carefully and competently. His explanations are clear and simple, and offers advice if you want to do it yourself next time. Rick has been out over half a dozen times since we had our house built in 2001, and we've never been disappointed with the result.
I am in need of a plumber for a strange leak with one of our toilets... anyone have a GREAT plumber they've been happy with cost and service too?

As long as the joint isn't soldered, replacing a valve isn't that difficult. I've done it. Send me a photo...I've decided I have a minor in plumbing :) Otherwise, I've had good luck with Rick at Kitsap Peninsula Plumbing in Suquamish. Just tell them it's a one man job. (360) 598-4636
