  STevey S. wrote: this guy is a scammer preying on the elderly in sun city, he never finishes on time, if at all and is always asking for more money than original quote. Be aware he likes to lie, he told me his has cancer, I met him at our church so i trusted him,I ended up speaking with his wife and she completely broke down & I know they separated for awhile due to the horrific lie. He will always find a reason to ask for more money and hardly keeps his word. I dont care how cheap he quotes save the headaches.I hope this will save others from the worst dealing ive had with a contractor. come to find out he's not licensed or insured.
