We had to have a complete tear-off, the roof had been leaking for some time (old house, roof never replaced since we've owned). They did a fantastic job, and Marcelo (the owner) was outstanding. He's involved from start to finish, he checks the work being done himself, and keeps you posted every step of the way. His workers are hard-working (they even did work over this past weekend) & mindful of cleaning up after their work. We found out about him from our next door neighbors who had their roof done.
