  Ok so http://www.kbotzphotography.net/ said she does Sacramento area. Her family sessions start at $250, I don't think it includes any images but I would still ask. She does some dreamy outdoor shoots. I sent her some crowns ( in the photo) for some photo shoots last year. And then there is http://kristygphotography.com/ in Vacaville. her sessions start at $300 for family but I think it comes with a 5 x7 album.
