We are a small, high-quality, firm that can help you with that, Tony. We would appreciate you making an appointment with us to discuss your situation so that we can understand the details, as every case is different. This is FREE of CHARGE. After the meeting, we will send you our proposal, and then you can make a decision on what to do next. We are very accessible via the BTS Chong Nonsi station - a five-minute walk from there: http://bangkokjurist.com/ We look forward to helping you, Tony.
If I want to buy a condo in Bangkok, does anyone know a good lawyer or can I do it by myself?
Tax, insurance etc...

It’s a good idea to have a sales and purchase agreement/contract either drafted or reviewed (if you already have one) by an experienced real estate lawyer before you sign it. However, if you do go it alone, and you already have a contract in place, then here are some things to do/consider before you review/sign it: 1. Due Diligence: Does the owner owe any money to the Juristic Person?, A trip to the Land Dept. has to be made, Is there room for the foreign quota?, Who is the actual owner?, Is there a mortgage on it? Are there any other possible encumbrances? Have you made a proper inspection, hopefully using infrared camera technology?; Then the contract can be reviewed. Then it can be registered at the Land Dept. If you need help, then just let me know. mark.gry@bangkokjurist.comhttp://bangkokjurist.com/
can anyone recommend a DECENT lawyer for a simple real-estate transaction? (I know i am asking much from a lawyer but someone who is at least human-like will be nice...)
