  I've always ordered from Beemaid. http://www.beemaidbeestore.com/ Shipping is expensive, but their prices are so low, depending on the size of the order, it's usually cheaper. And the quality of the wooden wear has recently improved quite a bit. I'd also consider building bottom boards, inner covers and top covers yourself. All you need is a saw and a hammer.
