  Do I know any lawyers or have friends who knows a lawyer? Two months ago some fucker was leaving a parking lot while I was driving to work and hit the side of my car ($3000 in damages and a back injury). After two months his insurance is claiming that I should have seen him coming and that they won't pay for my car to be fixed.
