  The ROI on Corefact isn't really all it's cracked up to be and it's taken us a lot of expense to figure that out. I have had better luck with real sellers from Vistaprint's direct mail. Corefact is still in rotation though. We don't use any other direct mail but those two.

  I believe it is all in how the tool is used. As with anything. The way in which we used CoreFact to gain listing appointments may have been different than the way others used/use it.

I already have one for just listed but in addition to those (100 nearby homes) I want a separate run of cards sent out to my own list that I upload say 30-50 addresses.The company I use for the just listed doesn't combine them like that and I also don't want to wait a week for the cards to mail out like some other postcard companies do.

  Both corefact.com and myneighborhoodagent.com have a pretty quick turn around. Corefact offers a bit more than "just" a postcard though with a call to action and a landing page w/ an estimated value.
