Does anyone know where to find an EDITABLE Real Estate Market Update Template?
I've attached three example screen shots I found doing a Google search. My goal is to be able to create a hyper-local post card for my geographic farm. The key here is Editable so I can change out the information at any given point in time. Appreciate any input!
Any alternatives to QuantumDigital for postcard mailings? I'm ready for a switch. I have my own postcard designs, just need to upload and mail. I don't always do a lot of volume for EDD, but am looking for another vendor.

I switched to CoreFact.com
Catherine M. replied:
I like Corefact. Requires you to enter more data on each home but then there is a solid call to action to get their instant home value . Nice looking cards. Affordable.
Lanre F. replied:
I hear corefact is good too.
Patricia H. replied:
How do you guys follow up with Corefact leads? Curious, since they do not give you an email address Nor phone number.
Suzanne R. replied:
I've used Corefact in the past and got double digit response rate in doing so.
Who are your favorite direct mail vendors? We are shopping around for someone who will not do a nicer, higher end, better designed product. Sort of like the moo.com of direct mail. Your recommendations?
Suzanne R. replied:
www.Corefact.com hands down. Great ROI too.
Kimberly D. replied:
The ROI on Corefact isn't really all it's cracked up to be and it's taken us a lot of expense to figure that out. I have had better luck with real sellers from Vistaprint's direct mail. Corefact is still in rotation though. We don't use any other direct mail but those two.
Kimberly D. replied:
E. Rick (sorry, can't tag on this phone): real sellers from Vistaprint versus lookiloo sellers from Corefact. "Real" as in really serious :)
Suzanne R. replied:
I believe it is all in how the tool is used. As with anything. The way in which we used CoreFact to gain listing appointments may have been different than the way others used/use it.
Anyone using QuantumDigital's map mail? I'm looking for a postcard mailing service that I can draw on a map to send out postcards. Have buyers for your neighborhood type postcard.
Need a recommendation for a postcard company that mails out cards pretty fast. I already have one for just listed but in addition to those (100 nearby homes) I want a separate run of cards sent out to my own list that I upload say 30-50 addresses. The company I use for the just listed doesn't combine them like that and I also don't want to wait a week for the cards to mail out like some other postcard companies do.
Catherine M. replied:
Both corefact.com and myneighborhoodagent.com have a pretty quick turn around. Corefact offers a bit more than "just" a postcard though with a call to action and a landing page w/ an estimated value.
