  Yes, I have the best. Office in Westminster and Fulton for pain management And the wife is a Neurologist in Fulton. Maryland Pain and Spine Center 301-490-6085. If you decide yes, see Mrs. Ruwani Gunawardane, neurology first then she will refer you to her husband Dr. Vajira Gunawardane the pain specialist. They are an awesome team.
