  Anyone have a recommendation for a local SEM outfit? The company to be marketed is a niche, commercial real estate startup, so localized ads are huge, and potential to dominate on non-sexy keywords is high. We'd rather work with a boutique firm than an algorithm at this point - being innovative and agile is worth more to us than having perfectly tuned campaigns.

I'm the president of Lifted Search - we pride ourselves on being innovative and creative with PPC budgets. We've seen a lot of success using Facebook's ad platform to segment and target your ideal client, and then follow that traffic with Google's retargeting ads. Works really well and has a good ROI.
