children's eating habits...

Hi Mum's!
i would really like to rehash my children's eating habits. I'm tired of giving them high calorie/high sugar snacks and food that doesn't fill their little tummies. Is there anyone out there that could help me with great ideas and recipes so that i can make good wholesome dishes (i need breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner ideas). I would also like to make them for husband and myself.
