I spent 20 minutes discussing the details of the cake since my daughter has allergies. It was all set to be delivered on the party day. Then, all of a sudden Ruth disappeared! She stopped returning messages and left me stuck. This lady and company can not be trusted. You will think everything is set and at the last minute she will bail out on you with no explanation. Do not trust her with something important.
