  I know a wonderful one. Her facebook page is Vénus Beauté ( Cure de bien-etre) She is french, fluent in english & has a light, delicate european touch unlike the usual Israeli make-up artists who can be somewhat heavy on the everything if you know what I mean!! She's lovely, you don't need to hide why you are going to her, she doesn't do the typical Israeli thing of bumping the price up just because it's for a wedding. She's really fab.
