  There's a wedding dress shop in Bukchon village (anguk station line 3), it's called AyaSophia and the owner, sophia, is reaaally friendly and speaks okay english. I bought mine there, they're ready in about 5-6 weeks and she's got accesories, shoes, etc. Website is www.aya-sophia.com and i think it's also listed in Seoul magazine.
