  Hi Tara, Alan and I both smoked for over 30 years. I was diagnosed with whooping cough and Emphysema last March so had to do something. We both went to Harley St. Stop Smoking Clinic last June and I now use a JacVapour ecig. Haven't smoked for 8 months although you have to want to. I wouldn't have stopped if I hadn't been told I had Emphysema and I would have caved into the weed if I hadn't had the ecigs. I'm now dependant on them but they are better than 30-40 fags p/day.
