Looking for a personal trainer for a 30 year old male gym virgin with no idea any recommendations as I'm concerned I might start benching the leg machine or some thing.

Thanks for your recommendation Lottie Chiu yes definatly we can do one on one PT. Age is not a factor as it's not when you start... ITs all about where you want to finish! We can start beginners off on two paths: OPTION 1 - PT route : start on a PT package, either twice or three sessions a week. Master the movements, diet and confidence with exercise over a 4 week period. Then re establish goals OPTION 2 - GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING : a great choice to attend more sessions at a cheaper cost. With our group PT gym we can get the same results of one on one but in a group setting. Everyone knows each other by name and has a relaxed atmosphere. The first step for anyone looking to get started is to pop on down and have a chat and talk about what would be best for you. Hope that helps Any questions just pop us a message or check out: Limitless Fitness - www.facebook.com/limitlessstrengthWww.gloucesterstrength.com Scott Baldwin
