Rick M. wrote: Fred was recommended by our landscaper for some minor plumbing work. Fred replaced our pressure control valve (PCV) with no issues. Here is the good part...months later an o'ring blew out in my shower. I secured water to the house and found the culprit albeit 730PM. I called Fred to see if he had the O'Ring in question, he advised me to replace the pressure boundary also. He further directed me to Home Depot for the Koehler replacement parts. Long story short, his honesty saved me from not having water. And, this advice was offered without hesitation. When I need a plumber beyond my capability, Fred will be my guy.
