Thanks Tab, Chris, Alex and Jo. I would also recommend Tom, Chris and Leon (as well as myself!). I've worked with all of them and we are all good Pt's. We all have different strengths and specialities to offer but ultimately it comes down to who you feel most comfortable with. Look at our websites and see who suits you. My address is www.trainwithbrett.co.uk. Cheers all
Can anyone recommend a personal trainer in Aylesbury. Thanks

Anybody know of any gym classes in or around Aylesbury but not that expensive?

If you're looking for hardcore then my Bootcamp trains outside all year round. My members are mostly women though we have a couple of lads. Real laugh, real fun, real tough, real Bootcamp. Lots of weightloss - one member lost 3 stone over 4 months, everyone getting a lot fitter - six pack and toned bums come for free with hard work!! As little as £3 per 1 hr class. PM for details or text/call me on 07971 238639. Can also look on my website www.trainwithbrett.co.uk under Bootcamp tab. Regards
Hi Guys, does anyone know of a good Personal Trainer who isn't too expensive but will give great results, I want to lose a bit of weight and gain a bit of muscle? Thanks in advance?
Brett C. replied:
Thanks Chris Breezy Breese. When looking for a PT choose a person who you feel you can identify with and get on with best. I speak for most PTs on here when I say we're all competitively priced - expect to pay £35-45/hr any less and you have to ask yourself why they are charging under the odds. £25/hr does not demonstrate a quality of service I would want to put my name to. Am happy to discuss options also - 07971 238639www.trainwithbrett.co.uk I work out of Nuffield Health, Reflexions on Watermead and The Fitness Academy on Stocklake - I can also travel to you as I have a van load of equipment : )
