Can anyone make a comment about the North Lakes Camping and Caravan Park, Bassenthwaite. I am thinking that I like the area it is in but all the reviews I can find are very old and very bad, I was wondering if it had got better in recent years.

Would be good if there where other children to hang out with and be by a lake . Would rather have a recommendation than just booking blind.
