  Happy New Year! In 1998, I had a hair pin fence installed by (John Hughes) Philadelphia Ornamental Iron Works, 4981 Lancaster Ave., Philadelphia. 215/877-6093. If they're still around, they did a beautiful job. Still standing! :)
