  Food for Thought on Neal St is a funny little place that can get very busy if you choose a peak time, but it's always reliable: http://foodforthought-london.co.uk/ also try Scoop for the best gelato (all clearly labelled and they have gf cones) in London (Shorts Gardens, off Neal St) and Muffinski (by Covent Garden market) for a mid-afternoon muffin and coffee stop.
