  Hi everyone. I have a family member that wants to come to Russia in September, but I'm not sure where to start for the visa. They will stay with me in Moscow for a few days, then we're gonna go to Petersburg together. I heard that you have to have a hotel booked in order to get a visa. Is this true? Are they unable to stay with us when in Moscow? Any help would be much appreciated.
