  Anyone in South Africa know of a lawyer dealing with property law who they would recommend? I am busy in dispute with a municipality trying to aggressively claw back funds, the thing is they did not fulfil the law required to do this. They cant even seem to send my notifications to the right address, they know they are in the wrong as they have admitted it but are still using bullying tactics to try and make me pay them. This has been going on for months now an still they keep bullying me. Anyone know who I can speak to for legal advise?
