  We had a good experience with Valley Service In Albany, OR (541) 974-5531. They were unable to do the repair last time, but could tell us why not (parts no longer being made on a 10 year old oven) and was able to suggest ways we could limp it along for a while until we replaced it. He even explained what to do so we wouldn't have to call him again.
