Anybody who does not mind sharing: Do you take supplements? If so, what do you take and what do you give your children? I feel like we need less as we put more and more WHOLE foods in our diet, but not sure that we can get ALL we need everyday, especially our children, unless we leave the country. lol. Right now I give my toddler a whole food gummy but am wondering if there are better options or what the best whole food vitamin would be. (We also take extra essential vitamins and holistic preventatives in the fall/winter). Thanks in Advance!
