  Eleanor went to www.gaitandposture.com who are in Harley Street. Not cheap but you get the VIP treatment including a video of you walking on the treadmill and custom made orthotics and if you are famous you can send them a signed photo for them to put on the wall next to John Cleese, Paula Radcliffe and Andrew and Fergie!
