It seems that the installation was done incorrectly there for not producing the heat it’s rated for. Do you know a good Company or Handyman who can take a serios (and not expensive) look.   Have you contacted http://www.fireplacecity.co.za/ - they where super helpful and respond to emails very quickly. They are based in Bellville but with the shortage of available local handymen that know what they are doing, we are forced to take our business elsewhere.
